Why attend this learning programme?
This course helps employers, employees and their representatives to deal with disciplinary and grievance situations in the workplace, through understanding of the in-company disciplinary and grievance policies. The emphasis is on resolving problems with the supervisor before they become big.
Who should attend?
This course is targeted for all employees. It is advisable to create homogeneous groups for training purposes, as in general employees, junior managers, or middle managers.
What are the course pre-requisites?
Course delegates must be able to communicate at an NQF level 2: literacy, numeracy.

What is the preferred number of delegates per course?
